THE ORIGINAL Honda/Acura Rear Subframe Brace

Designed in 2004, the ASR rear subframe brace has come a long way from its first introduction into the market. Many design improvements have been made over the years. Others have imitated but you can not replicate quality!

ASR only uses U.S.A. made 6061-T6 grade aluminum when manufacturing their subframe brace. The subframe brace is used to reinforce the thin oem sheet metal rear subframe on Honda/Acura vehicles. This brace was designed with proper fitment in mind and each brace is quality checked. 

This brace is a must have when upgrading to a larger diameter anti-sway bar to greatly reduce the chance of rear lower subframe “tear out”.

Many experience the hassle of installing “fake ASR” or other branded rear subframe braces on their vehicles that simply do not fit, but we can assure you this product is machined with precise tolerances to guarantee fitment. 

ASR subframe brace is a direct bolt-on part and is compatible with these anti rear sway bars:

• ASR 24mm swaybar
• ASR 1″ hollow swaybar
• ASR 32mm hollow bar
• OEM Integra/Civic Type R 22-23mm sway bar
• Mugen 26mm swaybar

 INSTALLATION NOTES:

• 1999-2000 Civic Si (EM1).  Supplied backing plates are not used for installation . 
• EG Civic and DC2 Integra with OEM sway bar, mounting hole threads must be drilled out for proper backing plate engagement.
