Our 3.5” System offers a moderate lift compared to our 6” RTS™ system, making it compatible with 33” or 35” tall tires after some trimming, suitable for both on-road and off-road driving. In this system, we’ve integrated replacement upper control arms constructed from sturdy 1.50” OD .120” thick wall DOM tubing, which are attached to robust Fabtech ductile iron steering knuckles. The factory torsion bars remain in their original position, with newly forged adjusting keys ensuring the appropriate amount of lift.

The system effectively levels the vehicle’s stance, eliminating the factory nose-down rake, all without altering the rear suspension. If desired, for customers who prefer to maintain the factory nose-down appearance, we offer an optional 1″ rear block kit (2500HD Part # FTS21110) or (3500HD Part # FTS21111).
