*1. Independent testing done by SGS-CSTSC Standards Technical Service Co., LTD, indicates that the Marino is rated at level 8 of ISO 10289:1999 which is greater than 0.1% and less than 0.25% rusting found on the Marino after 24-hour 5% salt spray solution at 35 deg C and 70-170 KPA pressure.
2. Please note: some high stress areas (like axles and axle nuts) are made with High Carbon Steel that can rust. To prevent rusting, we recommend you treat the area with a fine film of oil to act as a moisture barrier. Repeat as needed.
