“This painting marks the beginning of a new Reflections series. Although inspired by a view from an island cottage on Stoney Lake, this scene is reminiscent of many lakes in the Canadian Shield region, characterized by rocky outcroppings and thick forest cover. One can imagine the sound and smell of a gentle breeze, rippling the water’s surface.”

Northern Reflections is an original watercolour painting, mounted on an archival panel with a UV-resistant and moisture-resistant coating, which protects the painting and allows it to be displayed without glass.
The archival panel is mounted in a black wood float frame. The image is 16″h x 20″w and is painted on 100% rag watercolour paper. Framed size 17″h x 21″w.
