RDK – Tire Pressure monitoring system was fitted from 1992 to early 1994 (first ten cars). Two sensors are mounted per wheel. To disassemble the sensors, the tire must first be removed from the rim, then the sensor can be disassembled with special Porsche tools. (see image). According to the Porsche manual, the tightening torque for the nut is 20 Nm.
RDK Blanking Plates are available to replace e the sensors.
